Investors in People Scotland were a dynamic organisation – striving to develop people and help Scotland’s businesses thrive. However, they were only really well-known for providing the Investors In People accreditation – perceived as a bit of a ‘one size fits all’, box-ticking service.

We helped them to reposition, rebrand, and rename – as Re:markable. An organisation full of ambition and focused on the potential of Scotland’s people, and a brand that’s visually and tonally differentiated from the rest of their sector.


The brand launch reached over 7.5m people with coverage in national, local and business press.

We worked with IIPS to engage a wide variety of stakeholders and bring them on the journey, including Skills Development Scotland, Scottish Enterprise, Highlands & Islands Enterprise, and the Scottish Government – building a brand their people could believe in.
