Facing the energy industry’s toughest ever regulations, we helped SSEN to unite their people with a common purpose. With a potential swing of £300m – through fines and incentives – there was no time to waste.
We inspired their diverse workforce to be up to the biggest challenge – with bold, positive messaging and a visual identity that could cut through the noise of ‘too many branded initiatives’.

Working with senior managers to understand the business challenges, we helped embed the new company mission and unite the staff with a call to positive action. The project included strategic workshops, directors’ presentations, a UK wide roadshow and a suite of marketing materials.
