A division of Volvo Construction Equipment, Terex Trucks has a proud heritage producing dump trucks for the world’s most extreme locations. Harnessing the expertise and pride in the factory, we created an inspiring workplace that doubles as a salesroom.
Working with the factory team we were overwhelmed by their pride in every detail – each individually signing off their work with a ‘maker’s mark’. There were people with over 40 years’ service and we realised the trucks weren’t the real heroes of the brand – the people were.

The experience honours the strength and scale of the machines and shines a spotlight on the people that make them. Loaded with humour and confidence, the work has motivated the factory team – many of whom had a hand in creating it. On a Friday afternoon you might just catch the welders singing along to the giant gable-end graphic: “we like to move it, move it”. There’s a renewed sense of purpose in the factory… and a spring in each step.
The factory has also charmed bus-loads of VIP visitors and buyers from all over the world. Popular with selfie-takers, the factory experience is forever being shared. It was recently described by the Terex Trucks marketing team as “our best sales tool”.
Following the success of the factory experience we worked with Terex Trucks on a new campaign strategy. We’re currently rolling it out in press and outdoor ads, printed collateral and industry events across the world.
